Refund policy

After payment is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

All orders are shipped via USPS using Ground Advantage.  You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any eligible items.  (Sales Final On All Sale/Clearance Items)

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

Returns that are not being exchanged will receive in store credit, we do not offer refunds to credit cards or cash.

Please email 305mainboutique@gmail.com - include order number, along with the item you are returning, and reason.  Please wait for a response before shipping you item back.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
