Order Info :
- After payment is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
- All orders are shipped via USPS using Ground Advantage, if you need priority shipping, please email us at, 305mainboutique@gmail.com
Return & Exchange Policy :
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any eligible items. (SALES FINAL ON ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
- Returns that are not being exchanged will receive in store credit, we do not offer refunds to credit cards or cash.
How to Make a Return :
- To start your return, please email 305mainboutique@gmail.com , Include your order number, along with the item you are returning, and reason for return. Please wait for response before shipping your item back.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
- Please ensure the item is secured in safe packaging that are not ripped or torn, causing items to be damaged. They will NOT qualify for a refund/exchange.
- A gift card with your store return amount will be emailed once the return item is received and approved.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping information is correct at checkout, if an incorrect address is submitted, customer will be responsible for the cost of the new label.
- Any issues with delays, lost, or missing packages must be addressed with USPS by the customer.
- 305 Main Boutique is not responsible for where carriers leave your delivered package. If you believe it has been stolen, you must file a claim with USPS, refunds will not be issued.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
- Unfortunately, I will be unable to cancel any orders placed once submitted. If for some reason there is a major issue and I have to go in to cancel the order, please email me at 305mainboutique@gmail.com, you will be issued IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY and my Shopify fees I get charged will be deducted from the total credit.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the correct item, color and size as well as the correct billing and shipping info before purchasing.
No Refunds in any case, exchange or In-Store credit ONLY.
